Reedpop Adds Crunchyroll Expo To Its Family Of Pop Culture Conventions

Leading Anime & Japanese Pop Culture Event to join Reedpop portfolio starting with 2020 show; Tickets to New Year’s Crunchyroll Expo will be available starting on Tuesday, November 26th

NORWALK, CT – November 20, 2019 – Reedpop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events and part of Reed Exhibitions, today announced that Crunchyroll Expo will be joining its portfolio of global fan conventions. Since 2017, Crunchyroll Expo has become an annual convention showcasing the best that anime and Japanese pop culture have to offer, with unique events and experiences from Crunchyroll, the world's most popular anime brand. The previous two iterations of the show have been held at the San Jose Convention Center. 

The 2020 Crunchyroll Expo will take place over Labor Day Weekend, September 4-6, at the San Jose Convention Center. Tickets are slated to go live on Tuesday, November 26th at 9am PST/12pm EST on The 2019 show saw the premieres of the movie BLACKFOX, an OVA for Mob Psycho 100 II as well as a screening of the movies Dragon Ball Z: Bardock – The Father of Goku and Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn. The show welcomed the iconic Japanese horror manga artist Junji Ito, as well a concert and appearances from the legendary music group FLOW.
